Bowles Creek Cattle Company produces top-quality Pinzgauer cattle for the distinguished breeder. We have a superior herd of over 100 head of Pinzgauer bulls and cows and are producing exceptional Pinzgauer calves each year. Our Pinzgauer cattle come from the best bloodlines in the breed, and our goal is to maintain high breeding standards concentrating on optimum beef production. Our Pinzgauer cattle consist mostly of 100% full-blood Pinzgauers, some purebred Pinzgauers (not exactly 100%); and we also produce an F1 crossbred animal that is a cross between a Black Angus bull and a Pinzgauer cow. These calves retain the same unique markings as the Pinzgauers, but they are black in color. We specialize in the polled Pinzgauer cattle which have pigmented skin under a chestnut red coat with white markings on the back, tail and barrel. Pinzgauer cattle are known for their fertility and quiet dispositions and are adaptable to many different environments due to their structural soundness and stamina. They are tender beef-producing cattle who also produce top quality milk when used for dairy. Our goal is to raise true, naturally Polled Pinzgauer cattle.
